Service

PrintScale lets users upload supported image files, spend credits, and generate print-ready TIFF outputs. The production app is currently in MVP status and payments remain in Stripe test mode until the real processing engine is finalized.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and only use accounts you are authorized to access.
• PrintScale may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or use that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits and payments

• One credit is intended to cover one successful upscale job.
• Credits do not expire under the current MVP product model.
• Failed jobs should not consume credits permanently; the app is designed to refund a consumed credit if processing fails.
• Live pricing, taxes, refunds, invoices, and subscription terms must be finalized before real production billing.

User content and outputs

• You must have the rights needed to upload and process your images.
• You keep responsibility for how you use uploaded files and generated outputs.
• PrintScale does not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated outputs, but needs permission to store and process them to provide the service.
• AI output may contain artifacts or unexpected details. Review files before printing or delivering them to clients.

File retention

Generated TIFF outputs are available for 30 days. Uploaded inputs are retained for up to 7 days, and previews for up to 90 days. Download production files before expiry.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is during MVP development. PrintScale does not guarantee that every image will be suitable for every print process, substrate, printer, color workflow, or commercial use case.
