File Retention

Current retention windows

• Input uploads, outputs (TIFF/PNG/JPG) and previews are kept for 3 days, then permanently deleted.
• Download and archive your production files within the 3-day window.

Downloads

The dashboard and job status views show output availability and expiry states. Download links may stop working after the file expires, so production assets should be downloaded and archived by the user.

Expired files

When a file expires, PrintScale removes or disables access to the stored object and hides or disables download actions. Limited job metadata may remain in your account for history, support, billing reconciliation, and abuse prevention.

Not a backup service

PrintScale is an upscaling tool, not a storage or backup service. Retention windows may change, and you are responsible for downloading and archiving production files before they expire.
